America's Farmers Grow Ag Leaders Scholarships

  • America's Farmers Grow Ag Leaders awards scholarships to students pursuing ag-related fields of study. Piatt County Farm Bureau Scholarships

  • The Piatt County Farm Bureau Foundation is a 501c(3) organization.  The Foundation hosts events each year to raise funds for scholarships and programs.  The foundation awards scholarships to high school and college students who are majoring in an agricultural field of study.  The applications for this year are due by March 15, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Students may apply and be awarded the scholarships in multiple years, however, there is a $4000 lifetime limit per applicant.  
  • The Terry Lieb Scholarship is a scholarship in memory of past president Terry Lieb who passed away in 2015.  This is a $500 scholarship.  You can only win this scholarship once.  It is for current high school students.

CBAI Foundation for Community Banking Annual Scholarship

Recipients are determined by an essay-writing contest and an impartial panel of judges. Eligible students are Illinois high-school seniors graduating in the spring and entering an institution of higher education in the fall.The prize awarded for the overall winner is $1,000 per year for up to four years, with up to 11 additional awards of $1,000 and up to 12 second-place awards of $500 each, depending on the quality of entries. See Mrs. Kirkton for application. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4, 2020.

 

TEACH Outdoors

TEACH Outdoors, Inc. NFP is awarding an educational scholarship in the amount of $1000. Applicant must be a 4-H participant and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. See Mrs. Kirkton for application, due January 1, 2020
